1. About these Terms

SeenAs is operated by SeenAs Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of SeenAs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SeenAs. You must be at least 18 years old. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

2. Your account and profile

Provide accurate registration information, protect your sign-in credentials and keep your contact information current. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

SeenAs helps you create a public professional profile, present your work and receive introductions. You can build and preview your page before publication. A completed Professional profile can be published on SeenAs Free. A username availability check is not a reservation; assignment is confirmed when your profile is completed. Usernames and profile availability may change where needed to address impersonation, infringement or other violations.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You give SeenAs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and transmit that content only as necessary to operate and provide SeenAs, including publishing your profile and delivering your submissions. This does not transfer ownership to SeenAs.

You are responsible for your profile claims and for having the rights and permissions needed for photos, book covers, logos, names, text and other materials you submit. Do not misrepresent credentials, affiliations or someone else's identity. Public content can be viewed, shared, copied or indexed by others.

You can edit or remove supported profile content and contact us about account deletion. Removal does not recall copies already delivered to others or immediately erase backups or records that must be retained, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Invitations and Review Copy requests

Invite and Review Copy forms are contact and introduction mechanisms. SeenAs stores submissions and shares them with the selected professional. The professional decides whether and how to respond. An acceptance email can be replied to directly to continue the conversation outside SeenAs.

SeenAs does not verify or guarantee senders, opportunities, professional claims, Review Copy fulfillment, deals, employment, payments or other outcomes. Use your own judgment before sharing sensitive information, entering an agreement or sending money.

5. Offers and external links

Profiles may link to products, services and other third-party destinations. Transactions for those Offers occur off-platform, under the terms of the relevant provider. SeenAs does not process those purchases or provide marketplace fulfillment, refunds or dispute resolution for them. A link or listing is not an endorsement.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

SeenAs Free is US$0. SeenAs Pro is US29 per month or US249 per year, plus applicable taxes. Stripe processes subscription payments; you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan beginning when checkout succeeds.

SeenAs Pro renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You can cancel through the subscription management page, and access continues through the paid billing period shown there.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Dashboard subscription settings and the linked billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the effective date shown there; it does not itself delete your account or unpublish your Free professional profile. Pro opportunity access ends according to the provider-authoritative billing period shown there. Contact support if you cannot access cancellation controls.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise expressly determined by SeenAs. Any price or material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.

7. Responsible use and complaints

Do not use SeenAs for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, unsolicited bulk solicitations or malware. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls or interfere with the service. Submit only information you are entitled to share.

Report suspected abuse or intellectual-property infringement to support@seenas.com. Include the relevant profile or content URL, an explanation, your contact information and supporting details about your rights or concern. We may review reports and restrict or remove content; we do not promise to monitor or screen every submission.

8. Service changes and termination

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue, but urgent action may be necessary. We will respect applicable law and any rights relating to prepaid services.

You may stop using SeenAs at any time, cancel your subscription and contact support about account deletion. Ending access does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or provisions that reasonably need to continue, including responsibility for prior conduct.

9. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, SeenAs is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee profile visibility, introductions or commercial results.

To the extent permitted by law, SeenAs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law and concerns

Delaware law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing mandatory protections available to you where you live. Please contact support@seenas.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will identify the updated date and provide notice of material changes as appropriate or required by law. Changes apply prospectively; where additional consent is required, we will seek it. For questions, contact SeenAs Labs, LLC at support@seenas.com.
